Our support network is so strong and they are present in metro, non metro and small villages also. We have authorized service partner spread all over India.
Customer is happy with our product, lots of customer are using our machine since 2001 and it is working just like bought yesterday.
What ever issue from field we get, we work on urgent basis over it. If customer give us any inputs, we are work on that and if possible we update in same software or next update/ next module.
We have support engineers, regional support, and national support to solve customer queries instantly. We are giving installation, technical, and hardware support to customers.
We have IFR (Installation failure report) which is for customer only, if in one month from purchase date our product fails to perform at customer place , we replace the entire product (new product/ machine ) for the customer.
We are arranging Free Service Camp for new End Customers to visit to the old customers. We have already done Free service Camp in Kolhapur and Sangli (flood affect area) in year 2019. We have received good response from the customers . Approximately above 60 customers has been benefited from the camp.
